PROJECT BACKGROUND

In May 2009, we collaborated with Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) to create an effective workforce transformation programme called ‘Train & Place Programme. The main objective of this programme is to provide training for the unemployed graduates and retrenched workers based on the gap between industry requirement and skills / education and also  to provide job placements for them.We have successfully placed 600 candidates for Phase 1 which started in May 2009 and another 400 candidates for Phase 2 is currently undergoing training.
