Bridging the Gap Employability Programme, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, is designed to enhance and accelerate the transition from education to employment.
The program is to provide the alignment between the demand from industries and the competencies of the graduates through a series of training modules customized to employer's requirement.
The aim is to place 1000 graduates on jobs with participating employers which includes Banking and Finance, Aviation, Oil and Gas, Government Linked Companies and Corridor Development Agencies.
ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES

We are looking for dynamic and energetic graduates from local public universities, polytechnics and community colleges with the following pre-requisites:-
- Malaysian citizen with diploma or degree in any discipline
- Graduated in year 2009
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Enthusiastic to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge
- Eager to work abroad (for international placement)
